Additional Information
- Application credit check: $60 non-refundable credit check fee on application ($30 each additional above two).
- Application fee: $250 to be applied to first months rent, if approved.
- Security deposit: $1,000 security deposit plus one-time, non-refundable redecorating fee with excellent credit and financial history.
- Redecorating fee: $195-paid upon lease signing in addition to security deposit.
- Lease term: One, two or three year lease with $40 per month increase for second and third year.
- Washer/Dryer: Included in rent.
- Fireplace: Available in a limited number of residences for additional $25 per month.
- Detached Garages: With automatic garage door opener available for additional $150 per month.
- Pet policy: Monthy fee $35 per dog/$500 security deposit. Weight limit 40 lbs. $20 per cat/$300 security deposit. Breed restrictions apply.
